Tracy Ansell - Floss

Having spent the whole of my life surrounded by my canine friends, I’ve had the opportunity to own many different breeds but fell in love with standard poodles through my career in grooming. I enjoy showing and obedience shows with my own poodles. I've had great success breeding my own line" Chalkwell" with many Champions in the show ring. Venus my foundation bitch made my dream come true and won Best of Breed at Crufts in 2010, she loved flying round the big ring.

Obedience shows are my first love my parents took me every weekend as a child, it hasn't changed I still go every weekend with my mum. We have a motorhome called the Bus it's the headquarters of The Bus Crew {gang of party animals} that meet up & have  great weekends with our dogs & friends.

The painting side of my life has always been there, I went to art college when I left school but earning a living took over and I became a groomer. Still tried to paint in my spare time but didn't have a lot of that with having my gorgeous daughter Eloise xx

Time goes by Eloise grown up left home. more poodles added to my gang, party shows every weekend & training my dogs,

it had been years with out time to paint.

Then Covid happened with all shows cancelled I had TIME. Explored new ways to use paint, loved pouring and playing with resin. Lots of £££ later started to fine my own way to combine my love of dogs with my art Please look though my Galleries and follow me on instagram & facebook for new creations.
